A Hatha Yoga class will typically involve a combination of postures and breathing techniques. The postures are practised slowly and methodically with static holds. A short meditation practice and relaxation follows.

 

Whatever your ability, age or experience you are warmly welcomed into this class. We offer modifications to suit every individual's needs. Each student is encouraged to develop at his or her own unique pace. Slowly over time with experience you will learn how to attentively tune into your body and provide safe and supportive techniques tohat will unlock and open your body creating more mobility, spaciousness and ease. Relax your nervous system and calm the mind.
