A Hatha Yoga class will typically involve a set of asanas (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are usually practised more slowly and with more static holds than a Vinyasa Flow.

Practice with Vicky will incorporate a strong emphasis on the breath where we explore simple and effective pranayamas (breathing techniques) followed by relaxation and meditation.
