HATHA YOGA WITH JO

Jo's morning practice has been lovingly crafted in order to invigorate and awaken the senses, focus your mind and bring a sense of lightness and creativity into play. The class is carefully sequenced to suit complete beginners whilst there is still scope for yoga students to take extensions and further modifications if necessary. Jo offers direct and concise instructions with an emphasis on alignment, grace and breath.

The second yoga class Jo offers is less physical and focuses on the more meditative aspects of yoga practice. You will be gently introduced into simple pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. (being fully present in the moment) She offers these practices with the intention that you may one day draw on them and utilise these methods for your own personal well being and deep healing.
